Inglot makeup – Lip liner and liquid lipstick

I’ve done a very quick trip to Poland (where I come from) last week, literally in and out. I had quite a limited time for shopping but I’ve managed to pop in to a few shops.

Whenever I visit a different country I try to shop for brands that are this country’s staples and brands that I have a trouble to find in the UK. Inglot was a brand that was just developing back then, when I was leaving Poland for my UK adventure. Seven years later it’s nice to watch how the brand developed and how great quality the products are. I’ve always been a fan of their eyeshadows, as the colour choice is fantastic and the quality is really good. This time I’ve decided to go for something different.

My cousin has recommended that lip liner in colour 74, which apparently is a bestseller. I can totally understand why. This liner is exactly my lip colour. I can literally wear it under any lipstick, as it looks like a better version of my own lips. I do wear it on it’s own sometimes, or I put a bit of gloss on top and it looks great. The texture is perfect. It’s soft, but not too soft and it does what it should do – define my lips and make a lipstick stay longer on. I love that soft, matte look it gives, when I wear it on its own too.

The trend for liquid lipsticks started a while ago and I totally fell for it. Inglot has obviously followed a trend and recently released HD Liquid Lip Tint Matte. I have picked up colour 13, which is dark pink with a bit of fuchsia.

I really like that product, it says it’s tint, which usually means quite a sheer coverage, but these lipsticks are really very pigmented. The formula is very soft and applies really easily. It needs a few seconds to dry and settle, but it’s not too drying on the lips (as for a matte lipstick). It stays on really well, and although you need to touch up to look immaculate, I really rate longevity of that lipstick.

I’m curious to find out if you’ve used Inglot makeup and what is your experience ?

I love Ingot and is a brand that is quite underrated and can be hard to find but think their products are such great value and ideal for creating a kit or collection! Kelly xxx
