21 days challenge

I’m not good at dieting. I usually crave the stuff that’s off the list more than I normally do, and I can’t stop thinking about food all day. Even though I try to be quite healthy on a daily basis, Christmas is a time when I just eat and eat and eat. Chocolate and biscuits are everywhere and I can’t resist. So now I end up with cravings for something sweet, which makes it harder to stay healthy and eat reasonable.

I’ve read somewhere, that one needs about two-three weeks to break bad habit. So this year begins with:

21 DAYS NO SUGAR AND NO ALCOHOL !

I’ve got my calendar in hand, so I’ll be counting days. Starting Monday 11th of January. I don’t know if I will manage, but I’m really motivated. I hope someone will join with me.
